a wonderful family escape
amazing poolgood food
The pool catered to kids. I was really happy with that aspect. the room felt great and the dining options satisfied me. i thought the kids' play area had good activities, and this let us relax a bit.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable. it had enough options for a simple meal.
I found several issues that really bothered me. First, the on-site atm did not work, a real problem since i needed cash for tours booked through the hotel. second, the bathroom felt old. It needed updating and a better cleaning, too. i even had to ask for a bath mat and a hand towel. it was quite irritating

my wife and i had a great stay. the hotel provided everything we needed for comfort. the cleanliness was really perfect. the staff was professional ensuring we had what we needed.
the open-concept restaurant was rather warm during our travel in hot season.

a satisfactory stay

the hotel is right on the beach. the pools and gardens were well maintained. the breakfast offered a large selection of food (i especially liked the local dishes).
the room was somewhat dated. also, the mobile self check-in via the app did not work as expected. the counter check-in turned out to be much faster.
